That almost NONE of the money has been targeted to "stimulus" to date. The point of stimulus supposedly, is to put people to work at taxpayer's expense. That isn't what's happening.

Instead, we're buying ham and cheese and chicken, we've provided billions of dollars to PAY wealthy physicians to install new IT systems for no reason whatsoever. It is just stupid, and not the least bit stimulative.

It is a failure. The economy may come around but if it does it will have been in spite of the stimulus, not because of it.
