Obama would be smart to cancel all the proposed stimulus and other spending spree possibilities, and have everyone who is unemployed, register with the government, and do the jobs in their area that need to be done. For example, repair roads, clean public buildings, sidewalks, cleanup, weed and mow public parks etc.

Temp jobs for a Clean Up America...solving two major problems at the same time.
