True.

(I have investigated several of the operations....)

And, America's 'most expensive in the entire world' health care system is no joke --- it's simply an acknowledged fact.

And, no, I don't regard it as 'sad' that consumers are taking advantage of these many "medical tourism" operations.

From the point-of-view of the American consumer it's really GREAT to finally get a break on quality health care for serious surgeries and such --- and all delivered with the extra touch of personal nursing (and maybe a nice vacation when it's all over. :-)
