None of those regulations (even the mythical ones that don't exist) amount to socialism.

No mythical ones... and of course you don't think the millions of existing regulation are socialism, just any new regulations. When insurance companies are required to cover pre-existing conditions it won't be socialism... but somehow proposing it is now. You guys live in a fantasy world where somehow you see the US as some great ultra free society... when we are actually a nation of regulations and laws that people respect. It's what makes us great and gives us the freedom to innovate within a set of fair and rational guidelines that keep our society intact and safe.

Regulations are GREAT. Try playing a game of Monopoly with 'regulations'.
