each person must realize that they are the manager of their medical diagnosis and care......... This may be fine, but up to a point. To use an analogy, we generally do not need a Lawyer in order to stay out of legal trouble. However, situations do come up when we may need one. I may read up on specific legal subjects, and become quite knowledgeable in those areas. However, this doesn't mean that anyone would be wise to ask me to represent them in court.
