I'm absolutely SURE that you will be able to get all those treatments as soon as you need them. You'll just have to PAY for them, either by carrying more expensive insurance, or by paying cash.

I pay cash, and if I need a procedure I can't get and/or afford here, I'm sure I can get it in Thailand or India, along with a foreign vacation.

So, quit bawling. All you (R)'s do is cry and moan about how big a victim you are.
