You call him open. I call him deceitful. He gives a fig leaf to those who want to desperately believe - but offers nothing. Vote yes - or shut up. Vote yes and be bipartisan. Disagree - evil party of no.

You guys own it. Let's see what you can do.

Open policy would not delay the mid year budget review at the time huge financial policy issues are being voted on. Surely you must find that tactic Bush like! I find it Gestapo like as I believe behind the velvet glove is a ruthless Chicago pol.
