According to Bob Dylan "to live outside the law you must be honest"...

Gee, thanks. By the way, I happen to agree with my buddy Ghassan and my new friend Michael. We are definitely "not out of the woods yet".

Fact: The majority of the Asian markets are still on shaky ground.

Fact: The tech stock sector is still overvalued relative to other indices.

Opinion: It won't take much to trigger yet another round of panic selling; and this time around Rod's "complex set of trades" may prove to be insufficient to stop a global collapse. FWIW I recently posted that I expected a correction to take place in the tech stock sector before the spring, but if we take the cumulative effect of all three of the aforementioned issues into account, "correction" may not be right term to describe what could still come to happen.

Conclusion (perhaps somewhat predictably): For the next few months a short position will be much safer than a long position on many tech stocks -- including BORL...

Are you still glad I decided to stick around ?!... <G>
