For awhile I was interested in what the CEO Founder of Intel had to say about insurance and medical research. newsweek.com This is one interview he did---------which parallels some my beliefs about research-----a lot of money goes into research labs but little definitive comes out. On Politics for Pros site, we were having a discussion about whole body scans and early diagnosis of heart disease and other diseases. Regarding women in office Kay Bailey Hutchison of Texas, Sibelius who was rumored to be under consideration for VP candidate for Obama, the founder of Ebay is also very politically aware and may have spoken on the subject. Former Senator Elizabeth Dole was of course Health and Human Services Chairman at one point, Of course Palin as Governor. Currently, we have no woman in that office in Virginia or W.VA. where I am. Let me search around and see what I find. mj
