The black community has been voting over 90% democratic for 50 years! Because a persecuted people know EXACTLY who their friends and enemies are. Who they can trust and who they cannot trust. African Americans more than anyone else know damn well who their friends and enemies are. It was the liberals in 1964 that forced the 1964 civil righs act. I was very involved in the 60's civil rights protests and I do not remember seeing very damn many Republican's or conservatives. I disowned half my family because they are hard core racists. I will not stand for racism from anyone. So it is a serious issue with me. And my black friends are glad to call me friend! It was almost all blacks, hand in hand, with we liberals against the slime bags like Bull Conner, George Wallace, Strom Thurmond and Jesse Helms, may their souls rot in hell, that forced the south to integrate. And it was a very intense and ugly fight. And it looks like it has one more round to go. We liberals will circle the wagons around Obama before we will see the rabid right wing tear him apart. Blacks know that about we liberals. We are always their for them. That is why they vote over 90% democratic!!!
