Yes, koan, I love liberals, but they are doing exactly what the "right wing" republicans did.

They're living in a "bubble" and don't realize that they are a minority. You have 20% "hard left" and 20% "hard right" and then you have the REST of us in the middle.

If you want to appeal to the 60% of us in the middle you have to offer "pragmatic" solutions. Here's a guy that talks about just that in the NYT's:
