RB, from what I understand, the notes are non transferable - they are issued to party A and they have to redeem them.

if they can be transferred, you can bet your bottom dollar on eof the banking p*mps will insert themselves into the middle of this so they get their cut.

i don't believe there is a solution to CA's crisis nor to the american crisis. may we all go into the abyss together.
