You tell me. Not enough condoms being handed out in public schools? It's not like teenagers have never seen one, or haven't figured out how to roll one on.

I'm actually for more STD education. The more kids know about herpes and HPV, for example, the more likely they will be to avoid sexual activity or at least reduce stupid behavior.
