As long as the money isn't sucked out of the public schools for private schools... With your statement, it seems you recognize that Charter schools are public schools too. The difference as I see it is that Charter schools provide a larger return for tax payer dollars than the public schools as we know it today. Efficient use of our dollar is the key thought process today. We see it being the theme in health care initiatives which are under way etc.
