My bull friends did not look happy tonight. (The sophisticated
ones. My company stock was up 7%, so we were happy, but
my high income buddies were aware that this was a rather narrow
advance. One, with a million bucks fully long, just wasn't saying
anything, the other with less in the market but more income said
he thought the rise today was either government, federal reserve,
or cabal.) Time premiums are high, I ought to see if I can eke
out a profit on those Dow puts I bot tomorrow at open, but I
really don't feel too afraid of this rally. I'm about to go off looking
for special bargains, or shorting opportunities.
Since this is a gold thread, remember that you're supposed to
express outrageous conspiracy theories.
Oh. And, ah... FSCNY is probably going to rise further.
