First of all the discussion so far, has been about the morality of abortion generally with the USA being in the forefront of the context because that's where the vast majority of abortions (particularly Partial Birth Abortions) take place. I'm happy to discuss Canada in particular but it seems like you are just trying to downplay the impact by using Canada as an example.

The CMA has guidelines but they are just that Guidelines. There is no law in Canada restricting abortion at any stage.

"I was talking about late term abortions .... The meaning was obvious enough though, right??"

Not really and especially when you bounce back and fourth between fluffs of pollen and Partial Birth Abortion but O.K.. I would like to see you granting the same type of benefit of the doubt that you expect from others but for some reason we never see it from you. Why is that?

There are realistically, no legal restrictions on abortion in the U.S.A. because the legal interpretation of the word "Health" is so broad that it includes any and every desire to have an abortion. In the US, abortion on demand is the Law of the land.

"Millions of Americans believe that states can prohibit abortion in the third trimester, yet current Supreme Court jurisprudence has manufactured a right to unfettered abortion right up to the time of the child’s birth. How did Americans become so confused on this issue and how did the Supreme Court end up where it has?" thepublicdiscourse.com

"Having said this I will change health reasons to "exceptional circumstances" to be perfectly accurate."

How these "exceptional circumstances" are defined is everything. Is having Down Syndrome an "exceptional circumstances" what about having a girl when you wanted a boy? The truth is: when the fox's are in charge of the hen house any circumstance can be seen as exceptional, and it routinely, is.

"But it IS illegal for an unqualified person to do abortions."

It's also illegal for an unqualified person to install electric devices but that says nothing logically about the morality of execution by an electric chair now does it? It simply begs the question.

You have yet to provide a single medically necessary reason for performing Partial Birth Abortions. There is a huge difference between Medically "Necessary" and medically "Sanctioned You just continue to defend the indefensible practice of infanticide today, while screaming "God is an Evil Beast" for something that (by your own admission) you don't even believe happened thousands of years ago.
