Not here to defend Republicans, they had their chance and blew it. Dems in process of blowing it, in my opinion. Both parties have failed to gage the depth of the anger in this country. They are acting as though it is business as usual. Let's just lie cheat and steal our way to the next election.

If I were Steele, I would be looking for young, smart, truly conservative candidates to run against some of these jerks. I would do everything I could to demonstrate that the party rejects the old politics and I would work toward implementing the kind of change Americans want. Fiscal Responsibility, a government that works, a recognition that the government should be doing less, but what it does should be done well.
