LJ, no doubt some cops are racist. there is also no doubt some cops are just equal opportunity jerks. most are pretty good most of the time, though.

this was a complete waste of time and resources, though. if they are gonna do crap like this, i say we cut their budget - they obviously have too much time on their hands.
