QoE is now better on DTV broadcasting of html+Mjpeg data. The resolution is reduced to less than 640kp. Most DTV converters are suitable for lower resolution data transmission instead of skipping frames.

This can be backward compatible with Yahoo webpages which is good for Apple safari browser and IE6.0/7.0.

html5 which is not backward compatible with html4 has to be avoided. Too large a memory requirement for IE8.0 has to be avoided also to prevent loss of data(from corruption).
