NTR....wha the f is going on.............ah here is the answer
The PP they placed with Coyote in February became free trading on June 20th. After the PP in February of 3.8 million shares, Coyote was dissolved and the shares distributed to shareholders. These shareholders who took in the PP under $.10 have sold by my count 2.3 million shares as they have no interest in holding NTR through the exciting drilling season. The share price peaked at $.26 on 6/19 and has been under this selling pressure ever since. They have 1.5 million shares more to dump which should occur over the next week-two weeks. Anyone who wants to build a position should do so now as you should be able to buy blocks in the $.20 range as the Coyote shareholders dump their remaining position. Once this winmdow closes by the end of July, the I believe the shares will move above $.30 almost immediately.
