Tell it to the workers who just started the major repavement of an important blvd near my house. Its to be paid with stimulus dollars. I don't think they will agree with you. Sorry. Anecdotal. It doesn't change the fact that less than 8% of the stimulus money has been blown to date. If the economy is turning around, let's save this money that is going cost my kids and grandkids $100M/day into perpetuity.
