It would appear to an outsider( no secret decoder ring) that this puposed merger is history.. 10/25 deadline? Transfer/Ownership of $14m assets? Sale of 2m 144 shares($5m value)? Any constructive comments? Where is the 10-K? Where is the extension paperwork for 10-K? Where is the extension paperwork for the merger? DD
