I think the government should help set up clinics nationwide for basic care. Could contract with Walmart, Walgreens, CVS or stand alone clinics but expand services, x-ray...real doctors. Something like a $20 fee for an appointment. Open 7 days a week til late. This way everyone has basic care available. Too many people falling through the cracks because of deductables etc.. Helps with early detection etc. More difficult cases would be handled through government or private insurance.
