I would prefer a populace of laid back folks. Careful what you ask for---you may wind up with a class of the stoned. New Zealand just legalized prostitution (2 years ago I think) and article in the sports pages today went on about how a NZ Olympic Marital Arts Athlete is running a (legal) brothel there, and what is this going to do to the Olympic Image.
