I guessed wrong! I knew we were going to enter the lull between subprime and alt-A, but I thought it'd be a fairly flat grind upwards until the notoriety of the alt-A and etc came into the forefront. It's been a V with a IH&S present. I don't think the IH&S will eventuate due to timing of the chart vs. when I expect the alt-A garbage to come to light for the wider populace.
