So the offer was to buy the "public shell " . How many legal shares out? 30-40 Million X 7-8 cents. Approx. $ 3,000,000 dollars to purchase company and Clines turned that down. Interesting. Something is definitely going on behind the scenes. P.S. Any way to know WHO'S been buying ?
