No of course not. It does not by it self make this kid a collaborator and a liar either. No one said it did. There is a great deal more information available to the analyst who's job it was to look into the details and background, and when that information is considered with the rest it doesn't look good for the kid. He merely asked you to hold your judgement until all the facts are in, like he is doing, so that we don't fall into a Taleban gambit and disgrace ourselves. He made it clear he is willing to stand with the kid if he turns out innocent and that he wont if he guilty.

Unlike you who has jumped to judgement, predictably ignoring some of the facts to bolster some weird anti-Fox News prejudice because Fox News owns you.
