When you can buy it pre-boomer let me know....that's 10 cents to the dollar.... Real Estate was cheap in Texas at one time too after the Oil glut in the early 80's.....and Michigan in the 70's with the Oil shortage.....and California during defense downsizing. You might find market segments which are excessive......or undiscovered....but in relatation to other items touched by this boomer generation......the Dow is just a reflection of this segment of the populations income going thru the economy. I can remember when they said it was too high at 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400,....ect....ect...ect Also you have another event which has not taken place in history....the movement of the madjority of the nations of the world to capitalism and democrary...expanding the 'free world' from a select few nations into a world wide free-for-all. In case you haven't figured it out you are fighting the light bulb & telephone....good luck.......long term you're road kill.
