Those are the facts, we do not hold coerced lies and collaboration against people who have been tortured. Whether or not McCain was tortured, that is what he eventually did. McCain is a hero. This boy may in fact turn out to be such a hero, we've been asked to withhold our enthusiasm until more info is known. That is all, you are making too much of it.

So what you're saying that the Vietnamese should have killed McCain because he was an embarrassment to the US.
