There are lots of cultural differences regarding how early patients seek medical assistance and can be diagnosed, also regarding how patients either resign themselves to death or demand every weapon right up to the end.

Maybe about the cultural issues, though the survival instinct I consider pretty universal. As for "how early patients seek medical assistance" shouldn't this factor be a plus for government systems in which supposedly everyone gets "free care" with checkups?
