Cramer interviews Sen. Kaufman on tonight's "Mad Money" segment on CNBS. cnbc.com That DTCC inspired share borrowing 'plan' Kaufman mentions near the close of the show sounds like much more than I've come to expect from those bankster run 'powers that be'.
