QoE experiment of cirrusfb type of accelerator display scheme can not be performed by DTV converters of less power or speed. Segmented conversion is only 1/x of segments, not even 2/x segments converted by Mjpeg.

Whole screen conversion of minimum resolution works. Mjpeg to analog TV data is converted once correctly.

The concept of time creator can do the 5 layered mpeg2 conversion to mpeg4 or Mjpeg, but down stream power and speed of DTV converters are the limitation of what can be transmitted.

We will have congressional open hearings to establish DTV standards and internet webpage standards to preserve paperless data formats. Symm has to have the standards that is permitted by laws to preserve formats for millions of years.
