The infrastructure work is dragging because of the lack of government effort to get it going now. You will see by year end an increase as compared to last year of 7-9 percent with an additional increase of around 12 percent next year. That increase will require additional laborers

Much more work could have been done this year...but once again the public was lied to by Washington.
