If they don't seek medical assistance because they don't have access, perhaps, but if it's because they're too macho or uninterested or busy or stupid, not so much.
....
Some oldsters head for the blinking lights of the hospital while others head for the ice floes. That is a fact.


All of which underscores that much more than quality of the health care system affects international comparisons.
