Hi Murrey--congrats on quitting smoking. Stubbornness is what I applied and I stubbornly refused to ever pick another cigarette up. It worked, though I do have to say that at the time I was still smoking pot and when I couldnt stand it any longer, I`d fire up a joint. At least today I dont drink and dont smoke either. (cigarettes or pot either) Jamie
