If Henry Ford wanted to make the decision for HIS business to try to "trickle up" money, that's fine. His prerogative. Because Ford was willing to sacrifice his own business for his employees. A noble thing.

That is not the way business works, generally. When you increase the price of labor, you decrease demand for that labor.

You claim to know about economics but this is among the most fundamental concepts. How can you not know this?

You say you run a business with employees (which is doubtful to me, given your behavior and lack of business acumen), yet you don't understand that increasing the minimum wage will make it more difficult to justify hiring employees. How can you be that confused and run a successful business?
