This is huge news -- which Robert Gintel predicted on this thread.

The deal gives Integrion warrants for 10 million shares at just under $21 a share -- a hefty discount.

How dilutive will this be?

"Financial terms" were not announced. Sure hope Pete Kight didn't have to give away too much to get this deal. Any thoughts?
