The outlined scenario of "a test of the lows" is being repeated by just about every pundit interviewed by CNBC. The markets are seldom so accomodating to such unanimity of opinion. It seems more likely that we either scream up from here to the "winter season" targets, without looking back, or, just do that funky "back and fill" dance around these levels, then work higher in a more orderly fashion. A third, but less likely scenario, is a dramamtic faliure of this week's lows so as to eliminate even the possibility that anything like a "test" ever took place. Allan
