Thanks .. I still think your count of A .. B .. C off the bottom pivot of 741.02 is the correct one. Irregular Flat .. if true the last time "Price" met with the Falling 55WMA it found it as Tuff R and made a major Plunge in May of 08 .. and the possibility of a repeat looms large. I've been looking for a 5th Down .. Prechter calling a 3 down took me by total surprise. The Expanded or Irregular Flat fits a Wave 4 but counts 3,3,5. stockcharts.com elliott-wave-theory.com
