I always felt that ADVFN neglected SI. I know that you will not. It would be nice if you could figure out how to attract more members interested in participating on the stock threads. Perhaps we can bring Greenspan back to generate another round or irrational exuberance. Some would argue that the absence of a meltdown right now is irrational exuberance. Regarding SI, I think unawareness of the brand clout in the US more than neglect. It's kinda hard to really get and believe without being an active or semi-active American stock trader/investor who includes message boards in his toolkit. Meet all of those criteria and you've likely heard of SI. Not meet just one of them and you've likely never heard of it. It's a narrowly-defined but very large demographic. And one that very neatly fits the needs of quite a few advertisers. Edit: I don't know if it's market exuberence or SI's name reappearing on just enough radar screens, but posting volume is up nearly 50% in the past month and other metrics, while not a crazy 50%, are also up strongly.
