J.W. Good Morning! You are absolutely correct with respect to the the announced date of October 25th being extended by mutual agreement. I don't mean to speak for Kenny but I from reading his previous posts it would seem that he is frustrated by the fact that news releases come out trying to offset one side of a position or another but when it comes to actually keeping the shareholders informed of important information they are asked to rely on reproductions of personal e-mails to other parties. In addition, the real inigma is why since we are now almost two weeks past the filing deadline for the 10K have we seen nothing.

Since it is apparent that as of today there is no definite closing date set for the merger, at least one that has been publicly announced, why could'nt the 10K have been filed by October 15th along with the 10Q's which are now well beyond the reporting date. The timing of the RMCW merger was such IMO, that the financials for the OVIS 10K certainly had to be all but complete. Unless of course they had not been prepared. But then how would the two companies have entered into a merger agreement calling for stock exchanges, new financing and a host of other simple normal business procedures to be completed in the span of some four weeks without each party having seen the others "audited" financial picture to say nothing of the bonifides required by one to the other substantiating asset valuations etc.

Then again I could be all wet and this is not what is really bothering the ditchdigger.

In any event my best wishes to all and especially you for financial succes in this and any venture you choose to partake in.

P.S. For any of those interested, the technical chart pattern has changed with yesterday's downside penetration and the $1.50 support level now takes on a more critical aspect. If the stock can develop enough buying interest to close it above 2.50 it would change the pattern dramatically to a more bullish one.
