The higher demand for goods and services coupled with increased costs for labor will result in higher prices for goods and services. That will also result in lower demand for domestic goods and services, especially in a global economy where other countries can sell more for cheaper.

The higher cost of labor and lower revenue from the lower demand will also create higher unemployment. It will be much more attractive to outsource or hire illegal immigrants.
