"Marijuana is dangerous and has no medicinal benefit," If that is true then why did the FDA approve THC back in the 80's? Why does the federal government hold a patent on cannabinoids as therapeutic substances? In that patent, the federal government claims that there are a lot of medical benefits. To claim there is no medical benefit disagrees with the FDA and the NIH.
