Looks like we've at least got a threeway Legacy of Doom going here. Seriously, I can't imagine anyone in their right mind voting to consolidate. Especially with what Frederic said above, I can see a consolidation and then the stock dropping to the low 1's or hitting penny status again. I don't know what Mr. Killins is doing apart from "Killins" us shareholders. Some brokers at RBC and Wood Gundy have even claimed to have heard the big bad B-word aka bankruptcy. At this point I don't doubt it but nor do I believe it. Maybe Syquests old CEO can come over and try to BS the stock up since he no longer has a job!
