Not mandated ... encouraged. Once someone's signed onto a foolish care plan, its automatic and doesn't have to be ordered. Just following the patient's orders from their consultation. Do you have any evidence that the gov't will attempt to coerce anyone into accepting lesser care than they wish to receive? Yes, Obama's own words. He said a "panel of experts" would be empowered to develop "protocols of health care" because America's doctors are doing things like performing unnecessary tonsillectomies to jack up their earnings.
