You do know you spell your name wrong, friend. Murray is spelled with an "a" not an "e". My middle name, my mother's maiden name, and a host of relatives. All spell it right. ;-)

On tort reform, I gather it's important to you. Could you find some data that would indicate just how important it is at the macro level? My last reading of that data was that it's quite a small part of the problem. But it's been some time since I looked at it carefully.
