Is it inconceivable to you that the cop lied? That the police report is a lie? I know from personal experience that cops will lie, lie on police reports, and lie under oath in court.

Given an ordinary citizen in court, the court will believe the cop over them, every time. Same team. The cops know this and use it.

Somebody's lying, that's for sure.
