And a new Bloomberg poll of global investors shows that 75 percent of them like what he's done.

I'd be surprised and disappointed if Summers went to the Fed instead of Bernanke staying. This is definitely not the right time to change horses, especially not one with shaky political support outside the administration, and a colorful history to boot.
