Hi, Me as well. Just left ETrade for good. That friggin company had lowest service level I have seen so far. Most of the time, their stupid web trading doesn't even respond (even in good times..!) -- connection timed out etc etc. Datek, I like the way they present the HISTORY, managing the portfolio etc etc. From what I heard, picking explicitly ORDERS5 or 6 or 7, to place the trade defeats the purpose. They have multiple servers each given the name of ORDER5, 6 , 7 etc. And their software using some rules, picks the best 'ORDER' server to execute the order. (ROUTES the trade orders to the one less busy). Well, I am glad I am on DATEK and dumped that friggin ETRADE. Raj
