D Clarke; I suspect that the Bresea assets should be freeable from the court after new management is in place as Bresea did no wrongs other than having the taint of Walsh in their boardroom. Once he is gone the new management should be able to operate unfettered by the courts. Were there transfers of funds from BRE-X to BRESEA that were frauds?, or were there simple land purchases? Bill
